We want you to pay for Upfront only if it's useful to you. This policy explains how refunds work for each way you can pay.
Free trial first
Every new account gets 7 days free, with no card and no payment details. Please use the trial to check that Upfront finds posts worth replying to for your product before you pay.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with Upfront, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund that payment in full. No questions, no forms. This applies to your first payment and to each renewal.
After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
How refunds are paid
- Telegram Stars: refunded as Stars to your Telegram account through Telegram's refund system.
- Crypto (@CryptoBot): refunded in the same coin to your @CryptoBot account or a wallet address you give us. Network fees can't be refunded.
What isn't covered
X API usage is billed to you directly by X under your own developer account, so we can't refund it. You control that spend with the daily read cap in your settings.
How to cancel
- Telegram Stars subscription: Telegram → Settings → My Stars → Upfront → Cancel.
- Crypto payments don't renew, so there's nothing to cancel.
How to ask for a refund
Send /paysupport to the Upfront bot and write "refund" with your Telegram ID, which the bot shows you. We reply within 2 business days.
